Wanting to turn otherwise law-abiding citizens into felons, Turd Yates has introduced Ohio House Bill 566 to remove state preemption of firearms laws. If passed, the result would be you could drive through one municipality like Cincinnati and instantly become a felon as you cross unknown township and city limits that have their own patchwork of gun laws. Of course, since criminals don't obey any gun laws, these localized registration, capacity limits and outright bans would only apply to citizens that otherwise follow the law.

Fortunately for Ohio, this turd does not have very much influence in the state and his legislation probably won't go anywhere.  What a pathetic little man he is. Hopefully his district will figure out what they have and flush him during the next election.
