WTF?  I always thought you were a conservative and thus would endorse a conservative candidate for President.  Mitt Romney? What are you thinking?

The elephant in the room

He may seem like the best choice because he tells you he is the best choice. Ever look at his past? I know you are not that dumb. You task everyone to: "Please do one-tenth as much research before casting a vote in a presidential election as you do before buying a new car."  Did you do any research on Romney? He leads and votes like John Kerry. "I've looked and looked, and the only issue I can find that Romney has "flipped" on is abortion."  Uh, did you miss a little topic called GUN CONTROL.  Did you miss the part where Romney supports the banning of all firearms?  Did you also notice that after his negative stance on the Bill or Rights he decided to suddenly become an NRA member?  Do you even know what Flip-Flopping is?

To highlight your endorsement, Romney is the best choice because:

"At worst, Romney will turn out to be a moderate Republican". 

OK, even you are not sure what he will eventually flip-morph into.

"Romney doesn't have a son who hanged a dog at summer camp. So there won't be any intern issues and there won't be any Billy Carter issues." 

That is the number one thing I always look for in a candidate.

"It's also possible that Romney will turn out to be a conservative Republican – at least more conservative than he was as governor of Massachusetts." 

Once again, you are hoping he will become a conservative.

Ann, I think you have hit the nail on the head. Republicans are trying to choose the best candidate for what he will turn into when he takes office. In recent years, that is all the Republicans can offer is a RINO. How about just offering a conservative instead?  I thought you knew that.
