China Says It Is Our Fault

According to this article, China says all of the recent toy recalls are basically American's fault because we bought it that way.

Li Changjiang, director of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine had this to say:

"I personally have seen some of the toys. There are serious problems in their design, so they are highly dangerous for children. These types of toys would be recalled in any country."

I have an idea for Mattell: Quit buying all the chicom crap.
