Laos Smaos
Well, in my last post, I mentioned that it is a federal crime to work towards the militant overthrow of Laos. I included a poll looking for somebody-anybody that thinks that a law prohibiting the takeover of Laos is a good idea. Apparently, no one cares, or at least the 16 people that bothered to read or answer the poll do not care. That got me thinking and I decided to look and see where and what a Laos really is. The most disturbing thing I found was the cultural simililarities between the nation of Laos and Southern Ohio.
Laos is a land-locked state in the middle of French-Indo China
Ohio is a land-locked state in the middle of Appalachian America.

Laos is from the anchient Land of a Million Elephants.
Southern Ohio is now the current Land of a Million Elephants (see New Boston, Ohio, Walmart for confirmation).

Southern Ohio: 80% of the population practice some form of substance abuse.

The majority of Southern Ohioans are on socialist government programs.

Southern Ohioans gather and use a crack pipe.
The Laotion seal contains a star, grain and a rising sun.

The seal of Ohio contains a star, grain and a rising sun.

Spooky, huh?

I've always said one should be required to have a passport to enter or leave Southern Ohio.
This confirms it.
