I thought the deaths were caused by a bunch of murderous Muslim fanatics but I guess I was mistaken. I didn't realize global warming was to blame.

Of course, for the past 10,000 years the earth has been coming OUT of an ICE AGE and has been steadily getting warmer (except for that brief time in the 1970s when scientists warned that we were headed toward global freezing). If the friggin Industrial Revolution and all of the mass pollution of the early 1900s didn't effect everything why do the gases produced now suddenly have a detrimentally obscene effect?
