Ohio is about to become an Idiot Free Zone....well, almost.  According to the Columbus Dispatch, a new law is about to pass that will remove all lunatics, idiots and insane persons from reference in state law.

Unfortunately, it does not also remove it from the Ohio Constitution which includes:

"No idiot, or insane person, shall be entitled to the privileges of an elector."

This means that Kuchinic can stay in office I guess.
