Xavier has a nice post about an ebay item offered for sale. It is Billy The Kid's Civil War holster hand made for his Colt 1911 and found in a French village named after him.  For those of you that are history handicapped, the ebay item is an obvious April Fool's Day posting.

If, however, you do find it plausible but can't aford it, I do have a Washington Quarter that Aaron Burr caried in his butt-crack when he fled Virginia following his duel with Alexander Hamilton.  He used it to pay for a ferry ride (no mongers, not a "fairy ride") across the Ohio.  JT's great-great grandmother was the ferry operator and saved it. After passing down through the generations, JT traded it to me for a guitar, shotgun and a cane pole.  If interested, I would be willing to part with it for around $1,000.
