It's The Bullets, Stupid

The New York Post had this article saying we need to regulate bullets since gun control isn't working.  I guess bullets is the "gun control loophole" and is why the great benevolent gun control laws are not working.

According to the article: "For far too long we have ignored the relationship between bullets and gun crimes," state Sen. Eric Adams (D-Brooklyn), a former NYPD captain, said as he held a hollow-point slug. "We can no longer allow this item, this bullet, to be that silent partner."

Silent partner? I don't know what kind of super silent whisper bullets they have in New York but mine are pretty loud.

"Adams said he was introducing legislation that would mandate the tracking of ammunition and force buyers to register the bullets they purchase."

Does that apply to the NYPD too?  Wonder what that will do to the cost of their training ammo.  Or will your legislation exempt them?  Of course it will because in the eyes of a socialist twit, what is good for the people is not the same as what is good for the government.  That Constitution must really get in the way sometimes.

Tell me, State senator Eric Adams (D-Brooklyn), does the "D" stand for "dumbass", "dipshit" or "democrat"?  I'm buying 500 bullets today in honor of your bullshit scheme.

Hmmmm there was an actor that was killed by a piece of wadding projected from a prop gun... the gun didn't need a bullet for that one!
Not too long ago, I saw where some guy beat his wife to death with a baseball bat... so by rights, this guy should ask for a ban on varnish, the silent partner?

Thank goodness we don't live in biblical times... can you imagine trying to track all sling-shot sized rocks? Goliath would have liked it, but really, for everyone else, it would be a nightmare!
