DRAMA IN COLUMBUS PROBATE COURT, Columbus, OH
A seven-year-old boy was at the center of a Columbus courtroom drama Friday when he challenged a court ruling over who should have custody of him. The boy has a history of being beaten by his parents and the judge initially awarded custody to his Paternal aunt, in keeping with child custody law and regulations requiring that family unity be maintained to the degree possible.
The boy surprised the court when he proclaimed that his aunt beat him more than his parents and he adamantly refused to live with her. When the judge then suggested that he live with his grandparents, the boy cried out that they also beat him. After considering the remainder of the immediate family and learning that domestic violence was apparently a way of life among them, the Judge took the unprecedented step of allowing the boy to propose who should have custody of him.
After two recesses to check legal references and conferring with child welfare officials, the judge granted the boy's request for temporary custody to the University of Florida, whom the seven year old boy firmly believes is not capable of beating anyone from Columbus or Ohio.

That's funny. That little boy is in for a rude awakening.

You've got to be kidding me with this? Where was children's services? Never mind...I know about the flaws in that agency. Its stories like this that make me fear for the quality of nursing home!

Dear Mr. Fat White Man,
What are you on, and, do you have any grams?
You make it seem like they don't even need to play this game.
Florida isn't number 2 in the nation for nothing. We've got the number one defense in the country...and as they say, "Defense Wins Championships!"
Hows about a little $20 side bet, just as gentlemen?

Sorry Tony, I haven't been minding my blog during the holidays. I'll be more than happy to take your $20 just to make it interesting. They don't really need to play this game. I'm sure the Gators will do the best they can.

" I guess this ass whoopin' doesn't count?"
Not really since it is only basketball. Not like its football or something.
